Sep. 10, 2011 - Nick News with Linda Ellerbee “Under The Influence: Kids of Alcoholics" wins the 2011 Emmy for Outstanding Children’s Nonfiction Program. It's a powerful 22 minutes that I think is one of the best programs Lucky Duck has ever produced. I'm proud to have edited it.

Aug. 21, 2010 - Nick News with Linda Ellerbee “The Face of Courage: Kids Living with Cancer" wins the 2010 Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Children’s Nonfiction Program. As editor of this particular program, it's a great honor for the show to have won this award.
Aug. 15, 2010 - The Ghost-Eye Tree screens in beautiful San Diego as part of the annual San Diego International Children's Film Festival.
Apr. 23, 2010 - Nick News with Linda Ellerbee "Kids in Rehab" wins the 2010 Prism Award in the Teen/Children's Program category. Each year the PRISM Awards highlight the accurate depiction of addiction and mental health issues throughout the entertainment industry. I was the editor of "Kids in Rehab."
Apr. 3, 2010 - The Ghost-Eye Tree plays at WonderCon in San Fransisco, CA as part of the SF Int'l Children's Flm Festval. Great city, great screening and Q&A.

Winner Best Fourth Year Film at 2008 Five Towns College Student Film Festival for “The Ghost-Eye Tree.”
Nicholas won the 2008 Student Finishing Fund Grant at 2008 Long Island Film/TV Expo for “The Ghost-Eye Tree.”
Inducted into Phi Sigma Eta Honors Society of Five Towns College in May 2007.
Winner Best Film at 2005 Nassau Community College Colloquium for “Jonesing.”
